Sharon A. Simms, MSW CPC is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for SAS Services, LLC. Sharon has 20 years of experience working in human/social services and has worked within the nonprofit sector for over 17 years. She has a passion for identifying ways to assist agencies in providing effective programs and services to their clientele. Sharon has served as a lecturer for the graduate program at the University of Hawai‘i, Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work and with the Outreach College at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She has trained social workers, human services professionals, trainers, volunteers, and foster/resource parents throughout the State of Hawai‘i. Sharon has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She is a Certified Professional Coaching, Compassion Fatigue Educator, and Certified Training for CRI Trauma Informed Course 1 & 2. She also has experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, program development, strategic planning, conference/event planning, and training.
